About Cyoride.com

You must be a minimum of 21 years old and possess a driving license for “Light Motor Vehicles” and Adhar Card. Please note that driving licenses and Adhar cards printed on A4 sheets, those on Digilocker or M-Parivaahan app, and commercial driving licenses will not be accepted.

As of now, our services are exclusively available in Jharkhand. The pick-up and drop service is currently operational in Ranchi and all its locations. However, we are thrilled to announce that we will soon be expanding our services nationwide to cover all of India.

Our cars have an All India Tourist Permit, allowing you to drive anywhere in the country by paying inter-state taxes. However, certain regions like Leh/Ladakh, Kaza/Nako, and Spiti Valley are not permitted. 

For rentals, the minimum booking duration is 1 day, and the maximum is up to 10 Days.

We Provide Roadside Assistance during the roadside breakdown 24/7 days.

“With ‘with fuel’ pricing, the prices include fuel. If you need to refuel during your journey, we’ll reimburse the cost. Just show the fuel bills to our delivery executive during the car return, and we’ll take a photograph. Please don’t hand over the original bill to the delivery executive as we won’t be responsible for any loss. Important points to note:

  1. Fuel bills must be shown to the delivery executive at the time of return.
  2. The fuel expense should reasonably reconcile with the distance traveled and the car’s standard fuel efficiency (assuming lower mileage than ARAI-defined).
  3. The fuel bill’s date should fall within the booking period.
  4. Hand-written fuel bills will be considered invalid. For ‘without fuel’ pricing, the prices exclude fuel. If you return the car with a lower fuel level than received, we’ll charge a flat Rs 500 refueling service charge + actual fuel cost to get the tank to the initial level.”

We completely understand that plans can shift unexpectedly, and we’ll do our utmost to be flexible. However, to ensure a seamless experience for the next user, we kindly request timely returns. For specific information on late fees and extension charges, please consult our Fee Policy.

Should you decide to return the car before the scheduled end time of your booking, refunds won’t be applicable to the base fare of the original trip. However, if you notify us at least 3 hours in advance, we can explore the possibility of arranging an earlier pickup of the car for your convenience.

Our prices cover rental charges, insurance, and GST, with the choice of “with fuel” or “without fuel” options. “With fuel” includes fuel costs, while “without fuel” does not.
Please note that tolls, inter-state taxes, and parking are not included. No hidden charges!

Payment and Refunds

We gladly accept payments made through credit cards, debit cards, net-banking, UPI, and popular wallets. For your convenience, payments are required to be made in advance through our website or mobile app.

As these expenses vary based on your usage, you will need to take care of them.
To facilitate your journey, our cars are equipped with Fast tag devices. Any toll charges incurred during your trip will be included in your invoice for seamless payment.

We process all refunds within 10 days of completing the bookings. While we strive for prompt processing, there could be occasional procedural delays from the banks. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, please inform us, and we will take all necessary steps to expedite the process for you.

During the delivery process, you must present your ORIGINAL Cyoride License and ID proof (matching the details provided during the booking). These documents will be carefully verified for validity. If these documents are unavailable, invalid, or cannot be verified, your booking may be subject to cancellation. Cyoride’s determination in such cases will be conclusive. Please be aware that a driving license printed on an A4 sheet of paper, whether original or not, will not be considered valid.

Our CYORIDE agent will bring the car directly to your location. Prior to handing over the vehicle, the agent will present you with a pre-filled checklist detailing the car’s condition at that moment. Kindly review the checklist, provide your confirmation with a signature, and you’re all set to hit the road. If you notice any discrepancies in the checklist, please promptly inform the CYORIDE agent or contact our customer support team.

If you find yourself in such situations, please inform us, Cyoride, without delay (by calling), and we will provide comprehensive assistance throughout the process. Our team will coordinate with the necessary road-side assistance and insurance services. Unless it becomes absolutely necessary, we advise you not to leave the accident scene until proper support arrives. You might be asked to complete formal documentation related to the accident for our records.

When driving across State borders, it’s essential to adhere to the specific procedures and regulations of each State. In most cases, a commercially registered vehicle will need to stop at the border RTO station to pay the required tolls or taxes. To facilitate a smooth journey, all Revv cars come equipped with authentic copies of the RC Card, Insurance Note, Self-Drive License, and the All India Permit. These documents will assist you in navigating this process effortlessly. Additionally, for many states, the state entry tax can be conveniently paid online.

The fees differ based on the specific state and the type of vehicle (heavier vehicles may incur higher tolls/taxes).

Rest assured, such situations should not arise as all Cyoride’s vehicles are equipped with the necessary documents. However, if you encounter any problem, please reach out to us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

If you notify us promptly, we will make every effort to help you locate your belongings. However, we cannot guarantee retrieval as it may not always be entirely within our control. Therefore, we recommend thoroughly checking the car before returning it to us.
